addicted to coffee bean's espresso shot.I've tried cut down my caffeine consumption but I just kept on going starbucks or coffee bean even though it's exam week.I just can't cut it down.oh gosh i need help.how to cut down caffeine consumption when one is addicted to it eh?If i kept on like this,it's no good for me,yknow.it's just like alcohol to me.

anyway.it's time to get more siblings into my owl family.I gotta go chamelon later.I need more owls.hee
